4. A 68-year-old woman was admitted with a deterioration of kidney function. She had a cadaveric renal transplant 3 months ago for ESRD secondary to APKD. She received a kidney from CMV positive donor (she was also CMV-positive at the time of transplantation). She received ATG for steroid-resistant acute cell-mediated rejection (ACR) 3 weeks after transplantation. A routine infection screen and USS of her kidney were normal. A second Kidney biopsy for another deterioration of the kidney function

3. A 65-year-old man was admitted with a fever (38 °C) and non-productive cough 4 months after cadaveric transplantation. CMV positive to CMV negative recipient Oxygen saturation on air was reported at 82%. CXR is shown below:

1. A 41-year-old CKD 5 female received a deceased kidney offer, 000 mismatch. There is no DSA. The donor was 34-year-old, died in a road traffic accident. No past medical history with excellent kidney function. There was no blood sample or lymphoid tissues available to run the crossmatch.

5. A 65-year-old kidney transplant recipient developed this lesion 7 years after his cadaveric transplantation. Currently, he is on Tacrolimus (trough level 7.4 ng/ml) and MMF 750 mg bd. He has poor kidney function (eGFR is 15 ml/min) due to cAMR.

A 43-year-old CKD 5 patient who was on HD for 2 years secondary to unknown aetiology presented to you in the transplant clinic 1 year after his transplantation with this lesion on the right side of his neck (see below). He is currently on tacrolimus-based immunosuppression with excellent kidney function.
