I had many mistakes in last exam. I am very upset. I knew if P value less than 0.05 it is significant. I did this in the exam. But I found that the answer were wrong
Dr. Ola
Please do not be upset. If you suspect that the answer in the system for any of the questions is wrong, please alert me. This happens in the exercise of week # 5. Two colleagues discovered 2 mistakes in the answer of 2 questions and I asked the IT team to correct them.
Please be informed that it is not necessarily to answer all the questions in a correct way, we have a margin allowed for wrong answers for the participant to pass, and the results of answers of the exercises and MCQs for all the 12 weeks are collected altogether to evaluate the performance of the candidate. So, if you are not happy by your answers in this week, please, do your best to be happy in the upcoming weeks. Still 6 more weeks are remaining. Wishing you the best luck.
hi
in Week 5 Exercises, Determine whether the P value is significant or insignificant for the following variables in table 4:Outcome of glomerulonephritis in live-donor renal transplant recipients: A single-centre experiencethe question no 6-6- Donor age, years 31-40 ?the model ans is insignificant while my answer is significant as The P value for the variable “Donor age, years” in the 31-40 age group is significant (P=0.035), which suggests that there is a statistically significant association between this age group and the risk of developing post-transplantation glomerulonephritis (PTGN).
However, there is no “Donor age, years 31-40” cell in the table, so it is unclear what the corresponding regression estimate and relative risk values would be for this category.
Dear Participants
I am ready to receive questions, comments and impressions from you. Please go in and share in the discussion.
Thank you for this article
