Thank you very much for the nice words and complement. For the second lecture, please hear it carefully more than once and read the discussion before you start to do the exercises and answer the MCQ questions.

Thank you very much for your comment. I am ready to answer any questions from you and from all the participants.
Please feel free to ask me and I will be happy to respond as soon as I can.
Dr. Amr
This is a very important question. Symmetric continuous variable is normally distributed one , while asymmetric continuous variable is non- normally distributed one. Full explanations with examples will be given in the upcoming lectures. Please hear them and you will be fully satisfied.
Dr. Amr
Thank you for the nice words and complement. The question is a cleaver one. Please be informed that nominal variable with order will be ordinal variable and it will not be nominal anymore. This is another definition of ordinal variable. Again, this information will be further emphasized in the upcoming lectures. It seems that your are very active and enthusiastic.
Prof. Shokeir, you have my sincere thanks for excellent lecture about the nomenclature and introduction to statistics.
Your talk was quite interesting, and I especially appreciated the detailed discussion of the algorithms you covered.
I am interested in finding out more.
Dr. Bahaaeldin

Prof. Dr. Shokeir,
If you please, explain the difference between symmetrical and asymmetrical continuous variable!

Thank you Prof. Dr. Shokeir for response and actually the differences were crystal clear in the 2nd lecture
Prof. Dr. Shokeir,
First of all, it’s my honor to be your student
Regarding variables, you mentioned that only down-scaling is possible!
Yet, in an example you mentioned that if nominal variable has an order, it could be up-scaled to be ordinal !
Is it exceptional example, or I got it wrong?
